Email [support@audalis.co](mailto:support@audalis.co). **October 21, 2026** Shorter texting registration forms **Shorter A2P 10DLC and toll-free forms** The forms for registering your number for business texting ask for the same details with much less reading. The longer explanations of why carriers want each detail are still there, behind a "Why?" link next to the field. **Improvements and fixes** * The login page shows the current Audalis logo. * Help Center in the web app now opens these docs. **October 16, 2026** Team Ultimate and new plan names **Team Ultimate** A new plan for teams of up to 10, at $249 a month or $2,490 a year, with 250 AI Voice minutes included. Business Starter and Business Pro are now called Team Starter (up to 3 people) and Team Pro (up to 5). Existing subscriptions keep their current price. **Included AI Voice minutes** Every plan includes AI Voice minutes to try Arlo: 20 on Solo Starter up to 250 on Team Ultimate. They're now a one-time allowance instead of a monthly refill. After they're used, Arlo is \$0.35 a minute. **Improvements and fixes** * Plan cards line up their prices and buttons, on the web app and on audalis.co. * Workspaces at their phone number limit no longer see an over-limit warning. **October 14, 2026** Audalis MCP for Claude and ChatGPT **Audalis MCP** Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your workspace and ask about your calls, bookings and follow-ups in plain language. The connection is read-only, owners and admins set it up, and every request is checked against the person's current access, so removing someone or disconnecting the app takes effect right away. [Set up Audalis MCP](https://audalis.co/help/developers/mcp/overview.md). **Improvements and fixes** * When connecting an app fails, the error page says why instead of showing a generic error. * Calls keep working while we roll out updates to our servers. **October 12, 2026** PDFs over text, tapback reactions, Continue with Apple **Send and receive PDFs** Attach a PDF to a text, from the composer on the web or Attach File in the mobile app, and it goes out over MMS. PDFs your customers send open right in the conversation. **Tapbacks show as reactions** When a customer likes, loves or laughs at your text, their phone sends it as a message like Liked "See you at 3". Audalis now shows it as an emoji reaction on the message it quotes. **Continue with Apple on the web** Sign in to the web app with your Apple ID, or link one to your account from settings. **Contact filters on mobile** Filter contacts by tags, sentiment, tasks, activity and when you last spoke, including "is not". Each filter shows as a pill you can remove, and Clear resets them all. **Improvements and fixes** * AI call notes arrive about 2 minutes after you hang up, down from about 3.5. * Add your workspace photo and company address in General settings. * Android gets the floating tab bar from iOS, and a blue launcher icon to match. * Settings pages on mobile have a large title that shrinks as you scroll. **October 9, 2026** Arlo knows your hours **Arlo answers "What are your hours?"** Arlo reads your office hours, including each inbox's own hours, closures and overrides, and tells callers when you're open over the next week. **Arlo sees your Jobber history mid-call** Arlo checks the caller's Jobber history again during the call, so it has their jobs and visits even when that lookup finishes after Arlo has answered. **Improvements and fixes** * Arlo looks things up quietly, with a short lead-in instead of filler. * Asked "Is this the plumber in Austin?", Arlo answers with your business's city. * Booking a time window, like "Tuesday morning", is more reliable. * Call notes only link to a map for addresses Audalis could verify. For other addresses, you get a follow-up task to confirm. * The web app shows "Generating notes…" until a call's note is ready. **October 7, 2026** Sign up with Google or Microsoft **Sign up with Google or Microsoft** Create your Audalis account with your Google or Microsoft account, as well as by email or with Apple. **Sign in with Apple** Sign in to the iOS app with your Apple ID. **Delete your workspace** Owners can delete their workspace from Profile settings. Deletion happens 7 days later, and until then everything keeps working and everyone in the workspace sees the date. You can also delete your own account from settings. If you own the workspace, you hand it to someone else first, in the same flow. **Improvements and fixes** * The login screen marks the sign-in method you used last. * Resend Invitation in a pending invite's menu now sends the email. **October 4, 2026** Sign up from the mobile app **Get started on your phone** Sign up and finish setup in the iOS and Android apps: your business details, your number, your plan and payment. Start on the web and finish on your phone, or the other way around. **Improvements and fixes** * AI notes for outbound calls use your customer's number and name, not your business line. * When a call books work but has no service address, Audalis files a Jobber request instead. * Conversations with a phone number no longer split off from its contact. **September 30, 2026** Reschedule Jobber jobs from a live call **Reschedule or cancel Jobber jobs during a call** On a live call in the mobile app, the call card lists the caller's upcoming Jobber jobs. Move one to a new time or cancel it, and Jobber updates right away. **Ringback instead of hold music** Callers waiting for someone to pick up hear a normal ringing tone instead of hold music. **A faster inbox** The tickets list loads in well under a second, down from several seconds on busy inboxes, and searching message text is faster. **Screen unknown callers** Turn the "press 1" screen for unknown numbers on or off for your workspace. **Dark mode on mobile** Choose Adaptive, Light or Dark in the mobile app, which follows your phone by default. **Improvements and fixes** * Arlo knows your service area and tells callers whether you cover them. * Arlo and voice prompts say your business name the way you set it up. * The email digest comes twice a week: "Your week ahead" on Monday morning and "Your week in review" on Friday afternoon. * A call shows as in progress only once it's answered, and quick hang-ups show as Canceled. * Deleting a conversation removes it from the list right away, and Clear call history removes its calls. * Text contacts with Siri, and the iOS app uses Liquid Glass on iOS 26. **September 27, 2026** Analytics and voice messages on mobile **Analytics on mobile** See your call and message numbers, a heatmap of when calls come in, and message volume, right in the app, on plans that include analytics. **Voice messages** Record a voice message in a conversation and send it as an MMS. **Book Jobber visits from a live call** Schedule the caller's Jobber appointment from the call card while you're still on the phone, with a fresh availability check. **Improvements and fixes** * After hours, or during an away message, calls go to voicemail when Arlo is off, instead of announcing you're closed and hanging up. * Arlo's calls can run up to 10 minutes. * Call notes show a map of the address. * Texts go out from the line you picked in the inbox. * Text notifications show the contact's name, photo and a preview of the message. * Undo on the actions that show a confirmation, and phone numbers format as you type. * The app updates quietly in the background, with no update banner.
