Create your account
- Go to app.audalis.co.
- Click Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Continue with Apple. Or enter your email, click Continue, and type the confirmation code we email you.

- Choose For myself if you answer calls alone, or For my business if a team does. Then click Continue with a solo plan or Continue with a team plan.

Audalis suggests a local number near your business.

Teach Arlo about your business
Arlo answers callers using what you tell it here. A few minutes of setup makes a big difference.
- In the sidebar, click Arlo. You’ll land on the Configuration tab.
- Check Business Name and Initial Message. The initial message is the first thing callers hear.
- Under Services Arlo Can Handle, check the services we imported from your website. Click Add Service for anything missing, such as “Water heater repair” or “Billing question”.
- Under Voice & Language, pick the voice callers will hear.
- Click Publish. Your changes don’t reach callers until you publish.
5
Set your hours and when Arlo answers
- Open the Get started checklist and click Review your business hours, or go to app.audalis.co/settings/operating-hours. Set the hours your team is available, and check your time zone.
- In the sidebar, click Arlo, then open the Settings tab.
- Under Mode, choose when Arlo answers:
- Human First (default): your team’s phones ring first. If no one answers, Arlo picks up.
- After Hours Only: Arlo answers only outside your business hours.
- Always On: Arlo answers every call.
- Click Publish.
New workspaces have Use Arlo when no one answers turned on, so missed calls go to Arlo instead of voicemail.
